FCS Friends Events

FCS Friends, our parent and alumni organization, brings the school community together throughout the year with events such as the Fall Mixer, Skate Night, Golf Scramble, Spring Ball, Ice Cream Social, and Library Talks. These gatherings are a wonderful way to meet new families, reconnect with old friends, and celebrate life at The Fairfax Christian School.

We love welcoming our alumni back to campus. You are always invited to visit, share memories, and reconnect with teachers and friends.

If you plan to stop by a classroom or meet with a specific teacher, please contact the school office so we can help arrange your visit.

Student Records

To request student records, click here. All requests must be submitted electronically with proof of identity.

Graduating seniors should request records through Naviance.

In accordance with 8VAC20-671-780, the Fairfax Christian School maintains a permanent record for every student, which includes academic transcripts, immunization records, and attendance history. In the event that the school should permanently cease operations, the school will provide written notice to all parents/guardians.

All permanent student records will be transferred to a designated custodian to ensure long-term accessibility. This custodian will be with Loudoun County Public Schools. Parents will be provided with the specific contact information for the record custodian within 30 days of closure to facilitate future transcript requests, as required by Code of Virginia § 22.1-289.
